The project is a a farmland catering to vacation rental cottages with multiple recreational facilities including café and landscaped gardens for the stay to enjoy leisure time. The farmland also has a waterbody designed with storm-water management measures.

The design is well integrated in the landscape with outdoor spaces using sustainable design measures for a comfortable lifestyle.
